Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

How soon will I get my refund?

Your return will be processed within 2 business days of being received by our warehouse. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will be credited to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

I received a voucher on my order, how will my refund be processed?

If you used an instant refund voucher in full to place a new order on our site, we will process your return and no outstanding refund will be issued, as the return funds have already been redeemed. If you do not use the full value of your instant refund voucher, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 35 days.
  • Items purchased for Holiday 2021 (November 1st 2021- December 15th 2021) have an extended return window through January 15th 2022.

PLEASE NOTE: Items must be returned unused and in new condition with all tags and designer labels attached and with original packaging and/or duster bags, if applicable. Merchandise returned in damaged condition, without original packaging, and/or without the security or price tags attached cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered. Returns shipped from an address outside the country where the order was delivered will not be accepted.
